Shipping time

The bottom line: Deliveries will generally reach you in less than 7-10 days. Sometimes orders are shipped from different locations so one order may come to you in two installments. 

Most orders are shipped via DHL ground and will arrive in 3-5 business days from the time they ship. Please note that DHL ground cannot deliver to PO boxes. As often as possible we try to pack orders in gently used, recycled boxes.  After all it's better for the environment and, we believe, more respectful of the box.

 

Shipping costs

Trade as One bases shipping costs on $ amount of your order, before sales tax (which is charged for deliveries to California and Pennsylvania):

Trade as One ships to the 48 contiguous United States at this time. Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each address.

Because of repeated requests, Trade as One now also ships on occasion to Canada.  Any Canadians, please place orders in the usual way online and we will email you to arrange to charge the necessary additional shipping costs incurred to your credit card.

Tracking your order

After placing an order with Trade as One, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from paypal. Then when your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a second email confirming your order has been dispatched, advising you of shipping date and the date you can expect your order to arrive.
