Product Description
Our Bullet Cross is made in war-torn Liberia out of the spent bullet casings that litter the country. This small cross stands as a powerful symbol of hope and peace. It was handcrafted from the very instrument of death used during the civil war. The bullet shell was left intact to give a tangible demonstration of transformation from hate to hope, and from death to life.
The crosses are free-standing and make meaningful gifts for yourself or others.
Handmade by a man called Jonathan Worlobah in Monrovia, Liberia, who himself lost family members in the Civil War. To Jonathan these crosses represent peace and restoration coming to a broken land.
Isaiah 2: 4 "God's Message comes from Jerusalem.
He'll settle things fairly between nations.
He'll make things right between many peoples.
They'll turn their swords into shovels,
their spears into hoes.
No more will nation fight nation;
they won't play war anymore".
